本プライバシーポリシーは、「雨あし - シンプル雨雲レーダー」（以下、「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、地図上に雨雲レーダーを表示し、現在地またはユーザーが指定した場所の雨雲を確認できるアプリです。
本アプリは、地図と雨雲レーダーを表示するため、以下の外部サービスへHTTPS通信を行います。通信時には、各サービスのサーバーにIPアドレス、アクセス日時、要求された地図タイルやデータの情報などが伝わる場合があります。各サービスでの情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのサービスのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従います。
本アプリの開発者が、これらの外部サービスからユーザーを特定する情報を受け取り、独自に収集・分析することはありません。
本アプリは以下のAndroid権限を使用します。
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATIONACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION位置情報はアプリを使用している間の現在地表示に使用します。バックグラウンドで継続的に位置情報を取得することはありません。位置情報を許可しない場合、または位置情報を取得できない場合は、現在地マーカーを表示せず、登録されたホームまたは東京を表示します。位置情報機能はアプリ内でいつでもOFFにできます。
保存ピン、ホーム、位置情報機能の設定は端末内のWebViewローカルストレージに保存されます。これらは本アプリのメニューから変更・削除できます。
本アプリをアンインストールすると、アプリ内に保存されたピン、ホーム、設定は削除されます。外部サービスから取得した雨雲データや地図データは本アプリのサーバーには保存されません。
本アプリは特定の年齢未満の子どもを主な対象としたアプリではありません。意図的に子どもから個人情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリは、AndroidのアプリサンドボックスとWebViewのローカルストレージを使用して、端末内の設定や保存ピンを管理します。外部通信にはHTTPSを使用します。ただし、端末、通信経路、外部サービスのセキュリティについては、本アプリの管理範囲外です。
雨雲レーダーの表示は、気象庁などの公開データおよび通信状況に依存します。表示内容の正確性、完全性、リアルタイム性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの情報だけで安全に関する判断を行わず、必要に応じて公的機関の最新情報を確認してください。
本アプリの機能変更や法令の変更などに応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、更新日を変更してこのページに掲載します。

This Privacy Policy explains how “Amaashi - Simple Rain Radar” (the “App”) handles information.
The App displays rain radar on a map and helps users check rain around their current location or a location selected by the user.
The App makes HTTPS requests to external services to display maps and rain radar. Those services may receive an IP address, access time, and information about requested map tiles or data. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
The developer does not receive, independently collect, or analyze information from these services to identify users.
The App uses the Android permissions ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION. Location is used while the App is in use to display the current position. The App does not continuously obtain location in the background. If permission is not granted or location cannot be obtained, the current-location marker is hidden and the App displays the saved home or Tokyo instead. Users can turn the location feature off in the App.
Saved pins, home, and the location feature setting are stored in WebView local storage on the device and can be changed or deleted in the App.
Uninstalling the App removes pins, home, and settings stored by the App. Rain radar and map data received from external services are not stored on the developer’s server.
The App is not directed specifically to children under a particular age. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App uses Android app sandboxing and WebView local storage to manage settings and saved pins on the device. External communications use HTTPS. Security of the device, network path, and external services is outside the developer’s control.
Rain radar depends on public data and network availability. The App does not guarantee that displayed information is accurate, complete, or fully real-time. Users should check the latest information from official authorities when making safety-related decisions.
This policy may be revised due to changes in the App or applicable law. The update date will be changed and the revised policy will be posted on this page when material changes are made.
